電動(dòng)卷閘門(mén)產(chǎn)品調(diào)整主要分三部分進(jìn)行：

The adjustment of electric rolling gate products is mainly carried out in three parts:

機(jī)械部分調(diào)整

Mechanical part adjustment

（1）限位調(diào)整，卷閘門(mén)安裝結(jié)束后，對(duì)門(mén)產(chǎn)品的機(jī)械部分進(jìn)行調(diào)整，兩步降落的卷閘門(mén)一步降位應(yīng)在距地面1.8m位置。

(1) Limit adjustment: After the installation of the rolling gate is completed, the mechanical part of the door product should be adjusted. The two-step lowering of the rolling gate should be at a height of 1.8m from the ground.

（2）速放裝置試驗(yàn)，通過(guò)手動(dòng)速放裝置拉鏈下放防火卷閘門(mén)，簾桓下降順暢，速度均勻，一步停降到底。

(2) Quick release device test, using manual quick release device zipper to lower the fire shutter, the curtain can descend smoothly and at a uniform speed, stopping and descending to the bottom in one step.

（3）提升裝置試驗(yàn)，通過(guò)手動(dòng)拉鏈拉起防火卷閘門(mén)，拉起全程應(yīng)順利，停止后防火卷閘門(mén)應(yīng)當(dāng)靠其自重下降到底。

(3) The lifting device test involves manually pulling up the fire shutter with a zipper. The entire process should be smooth, and after stopping, the fire shutter should be lowered to the bottom by its own weight.

電動(dòng)部分調(diào)整在電動(dòng)卷閘門(mén)兩側(cè)安裝的手動(dòng)按鈕來(lái)對(duì)門(mén)產(chǎn)品進(jìn)行升、停、降，防火系列的卷閘門(mén)可以任意的通過(guò)停止按鈕來(lái)停止門(mén)產(chǎn)品。

The manual buttons installed on both sides of the electric roller shutter are used for adjusting the electric part to lift, stop, and lower the door product. The fireproof series roller shutter can be stopped by the stop button at will.

自動(dòng)功能調(diào)整

Automatic function adjustment

電動(dòng)卷閘門(mén)產(chǎn)品的自動(dòng)控制方式分有源和無(wú)源啟動(dòng)兩種：無(wú)源啟動(dòng)：門(mén)產(chǎn)品可以利用短路線(xiàn)分別短接中限位和下限為的遠(yuǎn)程控制，觀察期下落是否順暢，懸停位置是否準(zhǔn)確，用萬(wàn)用表實(shí)測(cè)中限位和下限位電信號(hào)無(wú)源回答端子是否導(dǎo)通。有源啟動(dòng)：門(mén)在自動(dòng)方式調(diào)試需要24V電源來(lái)供電啟動(dòng)卷閘門(mén)系列產(chǎn)品，觀察下落是否順暢，懸停位置是否準(zhǔn)確，用萬(wàn)用表實(shí)測(cè)中限位和下限位的電信號(hào)的無(wú)源回答端子觀察其是否導(dǎo)通。

Use a multimeter to measure the passive response terminals of the electrical signals in the middle and lower limits and observe whether they are conductive.
